Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original House of Gulab packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and delicate home goods are securely padded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
